Your first chapter — free

Answer some questions. Hear the first chapter of your book read back in your own voice. No card, no draft, no writing experience.

01

Your idea

Tell us the subject. The question you can't stop turning over, the thing you figured out the hard way, the pitch you give over and over. One field, plain language.

02

Your title

We'll suggest three based on your idea. Take one, change it, or write your own.

03

Your chapters

We guide you through listing ten ideas you want the book to cover — general or specific, typed or spoken out loud. These become your chapter headings.

04

Two sentences each

This is the part that makes it your book instead of a generic one. Two sentences minimum on every idea, in your own words. Keep going as long as you want — you don't even have to type. Just talk for as long as you want to on each idea and we take it from there.

05

Anything you've already got

Upload it. Notes, transcripts, blog posts, a half-finished manuscript. One file at a time, and you tell us whether each piece belongs to a specific chapter or to the book generally.

06

Your bio

Type it, upload it, or just talk and tell us about yourself and we'll write it for you. This is what readers see on your author page.

07

Two minutes of audio and a photo

Read what's on the screen for two minutes. That's your voice cloned. The photo builds your video twin.

Then

Chapter one, in your voice

We write the first chapter and your voice reads it back to you. That's the free part, and that's where you decide whether you want the rest of the book.

08

The rest of your book

The remaining chapters get written from what you gave us. After that, you can self-edit as much as you want, as many passes as you want.

09

We clean it up

When you're done self-editing, we run a couple of rounds of AI editing on top of your edits. No outside editor, no waiting weeks, no invoice.

10

Your cover

Three cover options are generated for your book. Pick one, or upload your own if you already have artwork.

11

You're published

Your book goes live on your own author page. Your readers get it narrated in your voice and can ask you questions about it. You keep the rights — sell it, resell it, do what you want with it.
